Tonight when I went to put him out for the night, he was a bit stocked up. I've really wanted him out grazing 24/7 anyway, so I decided to try what the vet had mentioned before Bobbi so kindly lent us a stall- that being a fly mask eye patch. Just seein what he would do, I stuck a big x of duct tape over that eye on his mask and put it on him.
And nothing. Didn't change how he was acting at all. Didn't hesitate when I lead him around, or when I turned him into it, or when I approached him from that side quietly or loudly. Now, he's laid back, but this is a bit out there. I'm really questioning his vision on that side because he was way too chill and functional when I blinded him.
Vet's coming back out on Weds. to recheck the eye. Guess I'll just hope for the best.
